Postdoc (University of Michigan/Utrecht University): Self-assembly of inorganic nanoparticles into mesoscale chiral structures. Investigation of Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) from self-assembled semiconductor colloidal helices. I work in the Dept. of Chemical Engineering (supervisor: Prof. Kotov) at University of Michigan and Physical & Colloid Chemistry at the Debye Institute at Utrecht University (supervisor: Prof. Petukhov)
Postdoc (Ecole Normale Supérieure ULM, Dept. of Chemistry and collaboration with SANOFI company): Size-Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) coupled with SAXS experiment to investigate structure of oligomers formed upon aggregation of antibody-drug conjugates.
2012 - 2015
PhD thesis (Laboratoire de Physique des Solides, University of Paris-Saclay): Self-assembly of viral nanoparticles into empty capsids and RNA-encapsulated virus-like particles. Monitoring the self-assembly process in real-time and in situ with Time-Resolved Small-Angle X-Ray Scattering (TR-SAXS) technique (experiments in synchrotrons). Methodological approach using Biologic® stopped- flow devices. Development of algorithms for reconstruction of transient reaction intermediate species forming during the kinetics of self-assembly.
